Lead interactive workshops on a weekly basis, dedicated to specific topics in job skills and career development, such as resume writing, employment networking, computer knowledge, effective interviewing. I oversee implementation of the StreetWise Partners curriculum; engage trainees and volunteers; and ensure a high-quality program experience that results in program completion and positive outcomes.

Prior to serving as a program officer, I was a mentor to four trainees, and a one time volunteer for a mock interview day and speed networking events.

StreetWise Partners works with low-income individuals to help them overcome employment barriers, obtain better jobs and get on the path to economic self-sufficiency. We do this by creating deep mentoring relationships between trainees and volunteer business professionals who provide job skills training, career coaching and job search assistance.
